El grupet és bò, som una quarantena i tenim varies xiques. Pujem per la senda del Molló i baixem cap el cami Serra, on tenim el primer avituallament. Després a nem a buscar l'entrada del barranc de l'Aigua. Pujem fins els Cossins. Des d'aci, anem a buscar la caseta de Pexina i d'alli al Plà de Penya. Parem en el Corral d'EnCaus i iniciem la baixada per la senda que va entre el barranc dels Conills i la fonteta de l'Avenc. Cami Serra i cara al poble. Quan arribem dalt de les Voltes, trenquem a l'esquerre a buscar la senda que passa pels Forns de Cals i a buscar el cami de la Solana per arribar al Poliesportiu.<br />Un bon esmorzaret i Salva Climent paga la beguda i els cafés.
